To access the Mailbox page:
The Mailbox page appears.
You can specify your organization name, e-mail address, and reply address settings.
To set personal information:
| 1. | On the Mailbox page, go to the Personal Information section and fill in the following fields:

| 2. | Click OK. |
| Your personal information is set. |
You can set alternate addresses that others can use to send messages to your account. While you can enter alternate usernames, you cannot modify the domain name that is displayed in the Aliases section.
To set an alias:
| 1. | On the Mailbox page, go to the Set Aliases option and enter up to 3 aliases, separated by spaces or on separate lines. |
| 2. | Click OK. |
| Your alias is set. |
You can set a mailbox capacity percentage so that WebEdge mail warns you when your mailbox reaches the capacity you specify. For example, if you specify 90%, WebEdge mail sends you a warning when your mailbox is 90% full.
To set a capacity warning:
| 1. | On the Mailbox page, go to the Set Warning option and enter the mailbox capacity for which you want to be warned. |
| 2. | Click OK. |
| The warning capacity is set. |
You can change your WebEdge password.
To change your password:
| 1. | On the Mailbox page, go to the Change Password section and fill in the following fields:

| 2. | Click Update Password. |
| Your password is changed. |
